Who we are

A1 The Agency is a social media and video production agency based in Ireland. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

Quote builder: your name, business name, email address, phone number, country, county and the package you built.

Contact form: your name, business name, your trade and the contact detail you give us.

We do not collect anything else through this website.

Why we collect it

To send you the quote you asked for, to reply to your enquiry, and to follow up about working together. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or pass it to advertisers. Two service providers process it for us: Lovable (website hosting and database) and Resend (sending email). They may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we delete your details within 12 months of your last contact with us. If you become a client, we keep them for as long as we work together and for as long afterwards as tax law requires.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email aaron@a1theagency.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
